I’ve seen some mixed reviews about Audenn Apartments, so I wanted to share my personal experience.
The office staff has always been helpful and accommodating. They genuinely try to understand situations and work with you, and that effort doesn’t go unnoticed. They’re kind, responsive, and doing what they can to make things better little by little.
One of the best parts of living here is the community. The neighbors I’ve interacted with throughout my time here have been some of the nicest people. At least in my building, residents really look out for each other. I’ve had packages brought right to my door to keep them safe when deliveries are left out in the open, which says a lot. Not all residents do this, of course, but certain ones really do care, and they seem to be the ones who have been here the longest.
Maintenance has also been great, very prompt, efficient, and reliable whenever something needs attention.
Overall, despite some of the less favorable reviews out there the staff is trying, the residents care, and it truly can feel safe and homey here.

UPDATE: Management has become increasingly inconsiderate and hostile toward tenants. They recently hired a towing company that feels predatory and overly aggressive. Overall, this place reflects many of the worst traits of corporate landlords—lack of empathy, poor communication, and a focus on extracting as much money as possible while letting conditions decline. Tenants are treated like revenue, not people.
Incident 1: After a single bounced check, my online payment portal access was revoked for the remainder of my lease. I was forced to pay with money orders every month for a full year.
Incident 2: Air conditioning repair requests were ignored due to “no units in stock.” The issue remained unresolved for nearly a year until I reopened the ticket multiple times.
Incident 3: My car was towed from my assigned underground parking spot due to not having an updated sticker during a transition to a new towing company. The situation was handled poorly and without reasonable notice.
Incident 4: Multiple residents’ cars were towed for snow removal, even though the snow had already melted. This felt unnecessary and excessive.
Incident 5: There were cockroaches present during my first week after moving in.

I have been a resident for 8 months now, and one thing that has really stood out to me is, how proactive the staff are in terms of accommodating requests... Ex) I was in the laundry room when I noticed how incredibly hot it was in there - I had casually mentioned this to a maintenance man fixing a door nearby, and he not only immediately put in a request for me, but he and another employee installed a new air conditioner shortly after... I was shocked as, I expected very little, given they were already working on another project and I didn't put in a formal request - but it was reassuring to know that, there are good people in this community and you can both rely on and and trust on them... Overall my experience here has been positive, and I hope that other people recognize the hard work our staff really do put into making Audenn a great place to live.

I wouldn’t move here if you can avoid it. The price of rent is cheaper here so I understand the appeal. Despite what the clubhouse may lead you to believe the rest of the apartment complex is extremely old and many problems pop up. For example my heating pipes would start making a banging noise during the night that caused me to loose sleep for weeks until it was finally taken care of. Hallways would be missing door handles for long periods of time. My dishwasher went out and hasn’t been fixed. I saw a roach in a cabinet today so I’m guessing there is an infestation within the building. For the price they charge I would recommend either finding another place for the extra money it will save you in the long run. The leasing agents and maintenance people are nice and will try and help you out, but the upper management leaves a lot to be desired. It took over a month for them to send over paperwork to add someone to my lease and during that time they wouldn’t respond to any emails. Snow removal is a joke here as well. Over the entire winter it got plowed maybe 4 times. The lack of removal would lead to the lots and sidewalks to become sheer ice. Honestly for older people it would be dangerous. Once again the extra money per month for a newer/better renovated place would be most likely worth it. Hope this could help!

This place has its pros and cons. Police patrol the property which is nice because it provides a sense of safety. As well as the apartments themselves are rather nice compared to other affordable apartments. However, the constant smell of weed and cigarettes throughout the interior of the buildings is highly annoying especially for them being a "Smoke Free" property. The laundry room in itself is a whole other issue. While they are kept clean and tidy, people will leave their clothes in the washing and or drying machines for hours if not a day or a two at a time which is incredibly inconsiderate to those living here. To top it all the noise complaints aren't well handled. At least for the building I was in having the issue of children running around at Midnight. Overall, this place does have its pros and cons, but I do believe they can definitely make it a better place. It would just be nice to see the property management taking some of the issues and concerns more into consideration instead of just sending a reminder or notice through an email which results in nothing changing for the better. Again, this place isn't the worst but also could be pushed to be a lot better.
