  We have lived in this apartment for over a year and truly enjoyed the quiet and peaceful environment. It offered us a lot of privacy and freedom. Bethany and Nick were exceptional, and the maintenance requests were always handled promptly. Even though the renovation work last summer caused some minor inconveniences, the management ensured it had a minimal impact on us. The only downsides I noticed were the small size of the laundry room and the card-based payment system, which could be improved.

  I don't recommend living here. They replaced pipes in the summer and had about ten giant holes in my wall all summer (over a month). I had to call emergency maintenance 3x because it was raining from my ceiling. They left a bag of candy at my door for being understanding of the months long horrible plumbing situation and my apartment being torn up. They come into your apartment all the time for no good reason at all. They keep doing radon tests without transparency. Oh and they towed my car out of my assigned spot last night for $300. I see no reason why anyone would want to live here. You can get a lot more for your money living literally anywhere else

  Horrible experience at Hidden Valley. I would highly not recommend there was issues with cockroach in the building hear us and the apartment failed to notify us, coaches got every where. We had to move out and now they want to charge us a bunch of money for it. The laundry system is very backwards. You have to go to a building near the office to add money to a card then walk to your building to wash clothes. You have to do this every single time it’s 2025 and they charge enough money to upgrade the system.
