  Horrible experience at Hidden Valley. I would highly not recommend there was issues with cockroach in the building hear us and the apartment failed to notify us, coaches got every where. We had to move out and now they want to charge us a bunch of money for it. The laundry system is very backwards. You have to go to a building near the office to add money to a card then walk to your building to wash clothes. You have to do this every single time it’s 2025 and they charge enough money to upgrade the system.

  The parking lot lights are way too bright and shine directly into peoples windows. It makes it really hard to sleep and for your eyes to adjust for bedtime. I asked about the lights and they just said to tough it out. I'm just upset that my car was towed suddenly after living here for nearly 5 years because my parking permit got brittle, broke, and fell off my mirror. My car was in my own reserved spot. I was charged $350 to get my car back and almost got killed by some crazy driver while riding my bike to the towing company. There are other rules that seem to have abnormally high fees as well. Rules and fees like that make me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a resident. Some of the rules seem to discourage interaction as well, like they just want everybody to stay hidden and silent inside their apartment like it is a hotel instead of home and community. The washing machines are expensive and always seem to be breaking down/not accepting payment. One time the dumpsters started on fire and it looked like 2-3 garages of stuff got fire damage. EDIT: I have also reached out per the owners message below and they did absolutely nothing but tell me to get over it.

  We lived here for 3 years, and it’s the best apartment complex we’ve stayed in. Not for amenities, or updated apartments, or “fancy” features, but simply for the neighbors and the staff. Bethany (leasing manager) and Nik (head of maintenance) were always so responsive to questions and requests, and they worked hard to engage the community and keep the complex running. The only reason why we moved out was because we bought a house. If we were to rent again, and these two were leading, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you, Hidden Valley staff, for all of the support you gave us over the years!

  The present staff at Hidden Valley are the best! I've lived here since 2008. Bethany, Kelly, Nick and Damien are all amazing! The on-call maintenance guy, Max was awesome!
