- WWWyatts WorldAug 8, 20201.0Laziest management by far. We had mice in our room that were never caught. During this last winter they only had the parking lot plowed a whopping 2 times, they sit in the office with the doors closed majority of the time even before covid hit, and every time you confront them with an issue they just shrug their shoulders and look at each other. These apartments alone are very very low quality also. They look good, but a month after moving in you'll realize that you need to tighten your cabinets every month, and if you live on the bottom floor during the winter your pipes can freeze cutting off all heat to your room. Yes, these luxurious apartments still use a boiler system. (have fun getting them to fix that, I had to go home for 3 days until they fixed it). Also there is a "rule" where you have to bring your dogs to a designated potty area, or else you will face a $200 fine. (nobody obeyed this ever), but the management never did anything since they refused to ever do anything, so the rule should be banished since its stupid in the first place. Also, you'll be pleased to know that the walls are paper thin, so you get to spend your nights listening to what everyone is doing. Last, but not least, there's a delightful old lady who lives there, and if your dog smells her dog she will cops the cops on you, and report you (literally) so be careful for her. Otherwise these apartments are great!!

- JRJ. RichardsonMay 16, 20171.0Final update: The building/complex has been sold to another management company as of 8/1/2017. Kuepers construction built them. The units are ok but cheap-feeling, and location is alright. The grounds are awful (water saturation, see photos), and more police activity than expected for 66 units. The price is too high for what it is because the grounds are so lacking. It is now named Paraiso Estates.
