  I really liked my last rental, however one evening coming home from work, I was attacked by a dog at my front door.. and on the day my social security replacement card arrived the locks on my mailbox were disassembled and reassembled backwards with the card stolen. When I arrived at the Humboldt I realized something; I could feel extra weight from stress from years of my prior rental experienced. I'm not suggesting the Humboldt is a better place.. what I am suggesting is with the management performance of Araceli Perez and others, I feel less weight assuring better footage for whatever the years before me may hold.. thank you Ms. Perez-Ochoa.

  Nice senior housing at a reasonable price. The manager and maintenance staff have been responsive and friendly. 🫰

  I have a question . My housing case manager said you guys don’t only have apartments for 55 and over but for disabled individuals as well. Is this true ? I have an appointment for Wednesday 1pm next week . I’m only 25. I have disabling autism . Either way I’m coming anyways . Maybe you guys can make an exception because I’m disabled , housing case manager referred you guys not for no reason . I’m in a shelter and need somewhere as soon as Dec or Jan. I want the affordable housing here with you guys . Hopefully you have something to help someone like me. Especially considering your waiting list is only 2 months . I’ve been disabled and homeless for almost a couple years now. I don’t know how long I can hold on like this without anything coming through and the mental health toll it’s taking . Skill regression everything plus not being able to help myself like before . I could really use this place. Thank you.

  New property manager here is really nice and goes Above And Beyond to help her residence. Maintenance staff is cool too.

  I love my apartment and the location i have trouble getting things done though....plan on not signing another lease because I've asked 3 times about painting and cleaning my carpet with no results. I've lived here 3 years and I hate when things start feeling dirty. I was told when i moved in there was activities going on all the time hardly have anything to do. The Worst thing is the laundry room washers are junk cloths never feel clean. Plus it would be nice to have a economy size washers for blankets and comforters. I have no problem with the Manager or the maintenance staff they are wonderful.
