  The least accommodating, dirty, terribly managed place i have ever lived, if I could give it less stars I would. They wont help with anything, management is rude, they will do everything they can to try and tow your car (from the underground spot you pay for - sounds crazy because it is). I cannot recommend this place less. A card board box would be better

  The apartment had a mold issue that resulted in the death of our cat. In addition, the neighbors had poisoned my dog by pouring antifreeze into a puddle in the parking lot.( there was no sign of a leak, as antifreeze has a rainbow effect and you can typically see a line where it originated from) we reported both incidents and very little was done about it. They put a cover over our air conditioner and did nothing about my dog. (Luckily the dog survived but I had to give her to my in-laws for her safety) additionally, we had to pay 3 additional months rent (without living there) because I didn't give written notice of our move. Otherwise the staff is friendly I just cannot excuse the issues. I wish I had a better experience.

  Rent is quite pricey but otherwise the apartment is spacious and clean. Love the area and its right by campus and the bus route. Underground garage, washer and dryers are available on site. Maintenance is supposedly 24/7 but it's not as efficient.
