My brother took a video of it moving and people who lived in apartment before us left their stuff in the storage unit so we had go tell the office manger . We found out we can’t have bird feeders and makes me sad.
- KDKatelyn DillonSep 21, 20251.0Me and my boyfriend lived in these apartments for about 2 and a half years and while the apartment it self was okay for us the amenities and common areas made it unbearable. I’ll attach some photos, but the laundry room was always a mess and the washers would leak water onto the floor which was definitely a safety hazard. The stairwells and hallways always reeked of weed or smoke and trash was always on the floor. The outdoor pool was nice but indoor definitely needs some remodeling and the fitness center is right out of the 80’s. Winter parking sucked. The biggest reoccurring problem was the fire alarm that would go off once a week. Sometimes at 2am and would always be a false alarm. I would not recommend living here unless absolutely necessary. You can find way better living conditions and newer places for about the same price.

There’s a copious amount of amenities that you can really tell the staff work hard to keep clean and nice. The apartments themselves are beautifully updated, with spacious balconies included. Since it’s older you can expect the floors to squeak, but we’ve never even heard another neighbors voice or music from inside our unit which i think is exceptional! The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and quick to find solutions to your problems. I highly recommend Hillsborough Apartments!
