  I lived in Hamline Terrace for 2 years, and it was the best apartment I've lived in so far. Anna managed the place very well during my stay and was very friendly. The shared spaces were quiet and clean, maintenance was responsive and handled efficiently, and the neighbors were all very nice. I had to move due the renewal being higher than the old charm could overcome, but would consider it in the future with different circumstances.

  Living at Hamline Terrace was a great experience. The staff were very responsive to any issues that came up during our living there. The facility was regularly cleaned and maintained to the best of the staff's ability. I was able to comfortably make this place home for a few years and my wife and I definitely appreciated our time here. We would recommend to others!

  I just signed my lease last week and I am already over-impressed with Hamline Terrace. The staff has been there for a long time and you can tell that they really do care about their tenants and the quality of the overall property.

  If life wasn't so fluid, I would have renewed my lease. It's so hard to find an apartment in the Twin Cities that is affordable, AND not run like a slum. Management here knows what they're doing. They are firm administratively, and they are lax residentially. It's perfect. Anna the boss lady is great, and the maintenance guy really cares about what he's doing. My unit had a box elder infestation on the exterior during Sept/Oct. But I sprayed my patio glass down with a homeguard spray and they all kept dying off daily, just had to sweep them off my patio. So it is very manageable. And the rest of the year/summer did not have those box elders, so it was a very mild and transient issue. Otherwise, my unit was very cozy, well maintained, and my kitty LOVED the carpet - she would hang out on it and just pass out from being so comfy. She had a next door neighbor kitty friend and it was the cutest living situation I could have asked for. She was remarkably sad when we moved out, and honestly so was I. The buildings are small enough (unit-wise) that I think there is a reduced risk of C19 transmission compared to huge one-building apartment complexes. My biggest complaint was that a group of people basically live in the parking lot to smoke cigs all day, but hey - at least they stay in the parking lot, and they're pretty friendly. Plumbing worked, internet worked, everything worked. Thanks for maintaining such a great complex, Anna!

  If I could give a zero I would, first off horrible management they are very disrespectful and rude and there is racial profiling! would never recommend anyone to live there.
