- KKknoxville255Oct 21, 20255.0I lived in Hamline Terrace for 2 years, and it was the best apartment I've lived in so far. Anna managed the place very well during my stay and was very friendly. The shared spaces were quiet and clean, maintenance was responsive and handled efficiently, and the neighbors were all very nice. I had to move due the renewal being higher than the old charm could overcome, but would consider it in the future with different circumstances.

We had a great experience here and would 100% reccommend to anyone interested. My fiance and I have been here five days and are already having a great experience moving into our apartment home here at Hamline Terrace. We feel like there has been strong office communication helping us with all our questions and making sure we’re prepared to move in. We’re also very impressed with the maintenance service here already—super timely response to our request. The apartment is clean and in good shape, policies and pricing are reasonable, and we enjoy the friendliness of the staff, specifically Liz and Anna, and of the other residents. Parking is chill too. It has been a great experience so far and we look forward to staying!
