Don't recommend living here. #1 - WHY!! Do they have freaking lights on every inch and corner of this place. Like at night with my blinds shut, light still gets in because they have bright lights everywhere. I can't wait move out, no one wants lights so bright everywhere at night when trying sleep. It's annoying, you think you're in prison or something. #2 - Electric bill is insane, near staircase feels like your outside. Its crazy our electric bill is 2.5x more than an entire single family home! The apartments are soo cheaply built, you'll end up spending $250-400 in electric alone. So whatever savings you think you get, go out window. #3 - Trash system in place is horrible, you think its fancy at first.. but eventually it's actually poor design and makes place look trashy, you end up having trash flying around. #4 - Place looks nice like (IF YOUR FIRST) to live here, i can't imagine 2-3 years down road, super super cheap build, floors already breaking.. alignments horrible, windows cause issues, etc. #5 - Water softer, not option. In summary, I can't wait end my lease :) The workers are nice, but so much they can do.. not like they can flip this place around.
