  While I would like to give a 5 star review, unfortunately we've had issues with our build that required a number of customer service tickets. The biggest was replacement of sod and sprinkler heads due to final grade performed on neighbor's property after we moved in. Customer service has been very good (Jamie the service manager in particular) with only one issue remaining to be resolved (one window does not open/close as well as we need it to). This is the 4th home we have built and it ranks in the middle regarding build quality and meeting our needs (unfortunately we did not realize how small the bedrooms would actually 'feel' with our furniture put in, which was mainly our mistake, but also the builders lack of providing good size bedrooms, particularly the master bedroom). We would recommend Pulte as a builder, but recommend that people fully understand their floor plan and options provided AND upon move-in carefully look at everything and determine as soon as possible if there are items requiring repair or replacement. We only had issue with one sub-contractor regarding repair and are still working on resolution. The rest of the subs who performed repairs were very good and conscientious when in our home and performing repairs. Overall we are very satisfied with our Pulte home.

  We love it here in Amber Fields! The whole Pulte team is awesome! We were so grateful for how consistently supported we felt throughout the entire process. Brian (our sales consultant), Brien and Jonathan (our construction managers), and Holly (our closing agent) were knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely patient. They always took the time to answer our questions and make sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We love our farmhouse and look forward to our future here and meeting more of our neighbors!

  Seamless process from signing the purchase contract, throughout the new construction and after moving in. The team goes above and beyond even after moving in.

  We're very happy with our new build home with Pulte. Robb, Sales Consultant, was knowledgeable and patient during our stressful selling/buying process. Brien, Construction Manager, was terrific during our walk through and post-sale questions. Zac, our Customer Care Manager has been very helpful and thorough. The neighborhood is so well thought-out. Very happy!
