    Management is worthless. Groundskeeping is worthless, especially snow removal. They used to be strict about how your lot looked, would even do weekly walk arounds with a clipboard to keep the place looking nice. That ship has sailed. The amount of crap that sits outside at people's houses is unbelievable. The amount of houses that need visible repair is insane. Tarps on roofs!? How is this allowed to happen while paying insane lot rent that increases a crazy amount each year. Im in the process of getting out of this hell hole but why would anyone buy my place if the neighbors lots look like landfills and I can't get Management to do anything about it?

    I've lived here for 6 years. The lot rent has increased so much it will soon be more than my house payment. This place is NOT worth it. Management does nothing, I asked for a sidewalk repair the year I moved in, still have to walk through a 4" puddle when it rains or snow melts, or worse skate the ice rink to my car and pray I don't break a bone. They do not maintain anything, can't even be bothered to get the plows through here until 4 days after the snow event. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

    Very nice neighborhood. Very quiet. I have friends in this area. I like how it is quiet yet they have tons of community involvement. Holiday decorating contests, Community garage sales, a summer BBQ. My children love visiting friends here due to the nice playground and basketball courts. There is also a pool in the summer that is handicap accessible which makes it a great day to visit my friend and get her out and about.
