I applied here and a week later a woman told me that my application was denied because I make more money and she sounded like she was making fun of this, then I ask for a solution and she said the next available apartment is in December. Do not apply in this company, you’ll just lost your time and money.
- AKAlexis KyrissSep 9, 20252.0Very disappointed. I talked to Julie at first and she was very impatient and rude, she did not seem like she cared and about finding me an apartment at all. I called again to speak to someone else and was greeted by Kanisha, who seemed to actually care about finding my daughter and I an apartment. I think Kanisha would be the only reason I rent from technology park, and if and when I do a tour, I would NOT want Julie at all. Keep her far away from me.
- MRMadison ReeAug 22, 20252.0Management is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. Their office is in a different building than my unit, which means I don’t have access to the office. Nobody ever answers the office doorbell or the phone. I’ve had maintanance tickets unaddressed for months. Right now, the AC is leaking water everywhere and the dishwasher (which was replaced less than a year ago) is not working. I left a voicemail for the office and put in maintanance requests, but nobody ever got ahold of me. Now I’m stuck waiting out the weekend with a water leak and a stinky dishwasher. I am tired of paying for appliances that don’t work, and i’m even more tired of being ignored.

Maintenance guy thinks he is better and look down on tenants. The whole team there needs to be replaced. One of the worst year of my life.
