  I lived here for 2 1/2 years before moving out 5 months ago. I liked it here a lot. Rent was good for the amount of space you received for 2br and 2b. It was typically a quiet neighborhood for the most part. We did have the a few neighbors that smoked marijuana moving in and out but there's not much they could do unless they were actually caught red handed on it. Which didn't bother me too much and they have sent out email in regards to the concern of people smoking. Maintenance was good and done in a timely manner. Management was nice and very communicative on any issues or concerns that came up along the way while we lived there.

  0/10 I live in the “lake view townhome” For one they’re now charging RESIDENTS for AIR DUCT CLEANING & PEST CONTROL (which they know about these issues) we’ve unfortunately had both done due to this building being OLD and they got the nerves to try & charge tenants for their lack of updates! There’s cracks everywhere they just paint over issues. Everything is mix match (tacky). We had two garage issues the 2nd time he came out he was here for 5 mins max before he knocked on my door to say the system was so OLD he wasn’t going to work on it & request them to pay for a new system! He said that one we had to was at least 15 years old just being repaired! During the move in check list we noticed MOST of the wall outlets were loose like plugs barely staying in loose! So maintance came out days later & mind you we just moved in so we had to push everything away from the walls for them to come out. When they come out they replaced the outlet covers. Now I’m not handy man but I knew it wouldn’t fix the issue.. so THEY HAD TO COME BACK! And they sent a survey asking how was the maintance request was handled, I gave it my honest review as a bad review because that’s what it was! The leasing manger Cheri called, I’ve never spoke with her before because Blake would always handle our questions and helped with the whole move in process! She was rude and grilled me on why I gave the review since it goes to HQ (which was all she cared about). And that rubbed me the wrong way!! So I let it go within a week I got really sick and noticed the air ducts looked so gross, I asked for them to have someone clean the air ducts! And they did, the company stated that this cleaning was long over due! Plus there was an old pair of UNDERWEAR FOUND IN MY AIR DUCTS! Crazy right, I wrote the office in disgust & received not an ounce of empathy for me or my family well-being! A couple of months go buy and we causally celebrated a birthday nothing major some music but not to loud! We’re young but respectful we also work at 6am so this isn’t a normal thing! But we received a noise violation, we reached out to ask why & was giving no explanation or so we respected it & moved on! But we’ve played louder music in our apartment, never had an issue! Months later we’re still being cautious & respectful but we received another violation this time with a $100 fine! And a threat of eviction if another is received! Mind you they have never called us to asked any questions! So we called & set up a meeting to get details (which they couldn’t provide) of when & why the violation came through. It was a complaint of arguing after research with no dates or times! That threw us for a loop because we’ve been peaceful plus how you just taking their word without researching! So we went to talk to the leasing manager after work she (Cheri) already had her mind made up on who we were as people and you could tell by how we were treated! She became the victim quick because we said bullshit. She tried to make it seem as if we’re being aggressive and angry towards her because we’re frustrated and being pentailies for things we haven’t done! So she promised to do more digging! When she came back she determined that WE DID NOTHING WRONG & THE WALLS ARE just THIN! And there was nothing they were willing to do knowing these were built a long time ago. There is no sound barriers added to this community! She gave a weak apology and took the violations back! I hoped that this never treated any other residents like this but from a previous review that’s not true!! I can only imagine the amount of money that was taken from innocent people due to their lack of care for us! We began to walk on eggshells around the house not knowing what we’d be penalized for next! We began to watch our tv on 10 and added captions!! Also an awful way of living to be paying $1780+! She also advised the neighbor to call the police if they felt like were breaking any lease agreements! We couldn’t be comfortable in our own home! I had more but can’t post due to exceeding limit…
