If you’re a light sleeper or have a quiet household, don’t move here. You will have to wake up when your neighbor does. You can hear every step between the squeaking of these floors to them stomping depending on hard they walk. You can hear conversations.. I live on the first floor and I also can hear cars start in the garage below me. I would rate it lower but I like the layout of my apt, and the amenities. I’m literally going crazy living here. If noises bother you like they bother me just save yourself the headache!! Move elsewhere or go to the third floor and become someone else headache lol

I have wonderful memories at this place. Apartments are not clean as they seem to be old but overall they maintain well and decent.

I lived here for four years, and during that time I experienced two major issues that were never resolved by management. First, a flood in my bedroom closet ruined all of my clothes. Second, the laundry facilities are unacceptable — machines routinely damage clothing, leave items dirty, and I even lost multiple pieces. Despite repeated complaints, management and upper management refused to take responsibility. Their attitude is consistently rude and dismissive. According to them, if a facility doesn’t work, it’s simply “your problem,” since they claim it’s not covered in the contract. This property is poorly maintained, and residents are left to deal with the consequences. I strongly advise against moving here. I’ll be leaving as soon as my lease ends, and I regret ever choosing this place. Worst housing decision I’ve made.

⭐️ 1 Star — Willow Creek is the definition of predatory property management. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Willow Creek has been hands-down the worst renting experience I’ve ever had, and I feel obligated to warn anyone considering signing a lease here. 1. Completely misleading layouts and zero accountability. We were shown a floor plan and handed printed materials that did not match the actual unit we were given after signing. When we brought it up, management basically told us to “kick rocks.” No ownership, no solutions, just dismissal after we had already committed financially. 2. Communication is practically nonexistent. Trying to get a straight answer from the office is impossible. Emails and calls are ignored or brushed off. Audrey, in particular, has been consistently unhelpful and dismissive. You’re treated like an inconvenience for simply asking the most basic questions. 3. Prepare for water pouring through your ceiling. At one point, we had water literally coming down from above, ruining clothes and personal items. Their response? “All in a day’s work.” No urgency, no empathy, no real action — just another problem they expect tenants to quietly accept. 4. Fake reviews all over their Google page. Their rating is artificially inflated with reviews clearly written by employees or people who have never lived here. The tone, timing, and generic praise give it away instantly. Real tenants aren’t saying these things. 5. The parking and towing situation is predatory. They contract with a towing company that has a D- rating with the Better Business Bureau and zero accreditation. That alone should tell you everything. I had my parking permit displayed in the window and had been parking without issue for weeks. Suddenly my car gets towed because they “couldn’t see the permit.” The fee was $400 cash only, and Willow Creek’s best “help” was offering half off — as if $200 for their mistake makes it okay. To make it worse, the tow yard hours guarantee you’ll miss work: they don’t open until 9am, close at 4pm, and you’re just out of luck until then. 6. Overall: predatory, dismissive, and unapologetically tenant-hostile. Between the misleading layouts, awful communication, water damage brushed off as normal, fake reviews, and a towing setup designed to squeeze tenants, I cannot warn people strongly enough. If they could get away with asking tenants to name their firstborn child in the lease, I’m convinced they would. Do yourself a favor and look anywhere else. Willow Creek is nothing but stress, excuses, and predatory management. I regret the day I ever signed a lease here. edit: ignore their petty easement. Once you sign they got their claws in you. Just another black rock owned apt building ran by bad workers
