- JHJ H2 days ago2.0So sad to see how bad this place has fallen. Looks like American greed ruined this too. I lived here when it was new-ish in 1983. My first apt & it was so safe, clean & nice! These stories of towing cars & keeping ppl’s security deposit & the loudness & unhelpful staff are just sad. Back in 1983, there was a long waiting list to get in. None of these bad things ever happened. Greed is only going to kill a business in the long run. Fairness, kindness go a long way. You will always have loyal tenants etc. Granted it was 42 years ago but it was just so much different & better than now.

I love the party room, the gym equipment, the pools, and saunas. The leasing consultants are really nice and work hard to make people feel welcome. I also love the location in Plymouth with so many gorgeous trees around the property.
