- AAA ADec 2, 20255.0From A New Resident! I recently moved to The Axis Apartment from the East Coast, and I'm enjoying my new place on the Sixth Floor. This clean building is located in a very peaceful area of Plymouth, Minnesota, with easy access to all major highways and only a few minutes away from downtown, minneapolis. The convenience is excellent. The building management (Manager Jessica, Lauren, Eric, and Stephanie) is also exceptionally friendly and very cooperative. I consider myself fortunate to have discovered this (The Axis Apartment) hidden gem. This place offers luxury living with affordable rent, exactly what I was looking for, just a few minutes away from the noisy downtown area, with a suburban feel. Management is always helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with, and they stay on top of any maintenance requests right away. The property is well-kept, clean, and clearly cared for. It’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it!

Erick is quick, reliable, and consistently on top of any maintenance request. He also spoils my Dobie, Norah, along with all the other pups and cats in the building, which I really appreciate. The entire complex is kept very clean, and as a professional housecleaner, cleanliness is a top priority for me—and this place absolutely meets that standard. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home, and I highly recommend it!

The management and maintenance are super friendly and go out of their way to plan fun events and gatherings. They’re quick with maintenance requests and other issues, and the pool and outdoor area around it are super nice in the summer. I dream of the amazing hot tub being open year round (or later into the fall) someday!

My only complaint would be having to now pay for outdoor parking and having to pay $5 for each blind that falls off as they easily fall off. Other than that, I have no complaints and have enjoyed living here.
