  I have lived at Plymouth Ponds for over 15 years. When I first moved in, it was very nicely maintained. My visitors and myself have noticed how it has changed, but not for the better. It used to smell clean and fresh, but not anymore. It is very disappointing to see this, but yet rent keeps going up and management tries to save money. I am getting very frustrated with the situation and hope and pray that it gets better.
