  I have been a resident at Country Side Estates for one year now, and have zero complaints. The problems have been minimal and anytime we have had a problem Jay is very quick to respond. I would recommend Country side Estates to anyone. Neighbors are also good too which I assume is reflective of their screening process.

  Property manager Jay is a terrible employee. I lived here two years and the whole time I’ve lived here I have had nothing but issues. I lived in the same building where the leasing office was and honestly it was like walking on eggshells. I would have family come over to keep me company since I lived alone and he would put a note on my door stating that if my family members were living there, that they would need to be added to the lease. Just because they spent the night lol. If I played my music too loud, he complained about that. After moving out I threw away a night table and he charged me fees for throwing about garbage in their dumpster. Since I had lived there I have paid all my bills on time but for whatever reason he still insisted on stalking my every move as if he was my parent. He is very nosey. Nice area, utterly decent apartment but the walls are thin and the property manager Jay is annoying. I wouldn’t recognize this place to my worst enemy :) he charged me a total of 600 in fees for keys, garbage and cleaning fees. Put it on my credit thinking it would harm me. Whole time I am living way better where I am now.

  I have lived at Countryside Estates going on three years and I couldn't love it more! The area is quite and the other residents are very friendly. The staff is also extremely friendly and professional. They are willing to go out of their way to make sure the residents are happy and that the buildings are clean. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and do what is necessary to make sure the issue is resolved!

  On-site manager and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. I have been a resident for over 5 years and have been very happy with how maintenance is handled. The property has been continuously improving for several years. Clean, quiet, safe and pet friendly.
