- DHDe HSep 27, 20191.0If I could leave them no stars, I would. I’m out of carrots, I’m out of sticks. This company has shown to be the worst renting company in the F/M area. DO NOT RENT HERE! Go to Skaff apartments and you will have a better time with management, opening and closing your apartment. I spent three years living there and they had the audacity to try and charge me $175 for closing cleaning costs and $100 dollars for painting, even though my apartment was immaculate when I left. Again, avoid this place with a 10 foot pole and go and rent from Skaff.
