  My sister has had a very difficult experience living at Courtyard Apartments. Before she moved in, the building already had a roach problem — something management failed to disclose. When she raised concerns after finding them in her unit, she was told there was “no issue,” even though there were dead roaches on her counter during their inspection. This situation has caused her significant stress and anxiety. I work in property management myself, and I can say with confidence that this is not how residents should be treated. Honesty, communication, and accountability are basic expectations in this industry, and it’s disappointing to see them ignored here. Residents deserve to feel safe and respected in their homes.

  Courtyard Apartments on Belsly, managed by Campbell Properties, is one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. The management is completely unresponsive and clearly doesn’t care about their residents. They only care about collecting rent. There’s an ongoing roach problem in the building that they refuse to properly deal with. They sprayed our apartment, but when we told them that our neighbors also said they had roaches, they ignored it and did nothing about the rest of the units. Instead of actually fixing the issue, they just try to cover it up. It’s disgusting, lazy, and shows how little they value the people living here. Between the pest issues, lack of accountability, and lack of care for their residents. I’d strongly recommend staying far away from Campbell Properties and Courtyard Apartments.
