  It saddens me to write this, because I truly love the location, many of the staff members, and my dear neighbors. This has been my home for the past three years. During that time, there have been multiple changes in management. I don’t know what the root cause is, but it has been a constant revolving door of poor property managers. The one truly great manager we had only lasted a few months. I had high hopes for our current property manager, but they appear to be yet another poor hire—rude, disrespectful, and overly authoritative. I want to be clear that I genuinely appreciate several of the other staff members, which makes it even more frustrating that this pattern continues. I don’t like conflict and I rarely write reviews, so I do not say these things lightly. In addition to the management issues, renters should be aware that rent increases substantially each year, often with very little notice. Last year alone, rent increased by an additional $100 per month. The only reason I have not moved to a more affordable place is because I cannot afford the moving expenses, down payment, or deposit. Ironically, those funds are being consumed by the rising rent costs here. I would also encourage prospective renters to take some of the five-star reviews with a grain of salt. In my experience, residents were asked to leave a five-star rating shortly after moving in.

  My husband and I have lived here for about 2 and half years now and we've absolutely loved it. I don't think you can beat the incredible location. The apartment buildings back up to a trail that connects to the minnetonka loop trail. It's absolutely gorgeous back there year round. Regency Woods is also located in a perfect loop for your Aldis-Trader Joes-Target runs. While it's close to 394, the buildings themselves are set back in a more wooded area so the campus of the apartment complex feels secluded. The staff are SUPER friendly and helpful and the gym has a good range of equipment, especially for an apartment gym. I can not overstate how much I've enjoyed living at Regency Woods and I hope the property management continues to foster the welcoming and home like environment in years to come.

  Lived here about two years. Never had any complaints. I think the prices are pretty competitive for the area too. Maintenance would show up within the hour of putting in a request most days. Always took good care of us. Front office staff were super nice. Always surprised me they knew us by name even though we hardly interacted with them. Community is quiet, friendly, in a calm area, and near many convenient shops. Easy commute to minneapolis. Amenities are alright. Decent little gym. New pickleball court hardly ever used. Pool can be quite cold but is open year round. Party room is great for hosting events. Did baby showers, birthdays, and just weekend get togethers. Move out was easy. Full deposit returned. Overall, I’m happy we rented with Regency Woods and would recommend it to anyone.

  This has easily been the best apartment I've lived. The amenities are fantastic (great gym, huge party room, amazing pool). The area is great (right by the mall and highway, but secluded in the woods). Plus each apartment has central heat and air and washer and dryers. Highly recommend it here!

  We moved from Arizona and hadn't even seen the apartment we were moving into, but we are glad we chose it. The staff are friendly and helpful, the apartment grounds are beautiful, and the surrounding area has almost everything one could need within a mile or so.
