  Horrible property. As I was visiting a friend, we went to go get her package and realized it was stolen. The grounds are always unkept and dog poop everywhere

  I lived this apartment recently and had a very disappointing experience. The commons areas are frequently dirty and don't appear to be cleaned regularly .The elevators were especially bad ,there were multiple occasions where dog waste was left inside and not cleaned up promptly, which is unacceptable. I also had issues with security, packages were stolen more than once, and there didn't seem to be any system in place to address the problem. I also had my car vandalized in the parking garage and management was not helpful in resolving the issue. Overall , the lack of cleanliness ,security concerns and poor management response made this a frustrating place to live. I would not recommend renting here ,

  I wouldn’t recommend living here at all. The leasing office literally never answers calls or emails so if you need anything good luck. Packages get stolen all the time and the management doesn’t even help you. And don’t even get me started on the dog situation there’s poop and pee everywhere like it’s actually gross. Overall it’s just not well managed and definitely not worth it.

  So I don’t live here but I visit my family who does often. Every time I come here theres always something new to surprise me, weather it’s cops being there for someone they have allowed to be a resident in the property or trash and bad smells in every hallway/elevtor. I swear it smells like a New York subway straight pee! I have also talked to my family’s neighbors who have had packages stolen from them due to this complex’s lack of care about resident security when it come to personal belongings. I have been begging my family to find a better place or even one that is worth what they are paying at this ridiculous complex. I hope whoever needs to see this does before you consider living here!

  This building is horrible it started out really nice like they really wanted something that was livable but now after a couple years I have seen that they have let anybody move in they do not take care of their building inside or out the people that are there with animals let their animals use the restroom inside of the building there is no monitoring for the mail and it gets stolen all the time there's no consideration with any of the tenants nor the staff because no one communicates to make sure the building is run efficiently and effectively and I think it's just a bad look for Minnetonka that is such a vibrant clean and wonderful community I'm sorry they let this building get to this condition.
