  Maintenance guy was great, very personable, quick, and very polite. He replaced my smoke detector that was 10 years old and answered questions about my garbage disposal. He did a great job thank you.

  My tour with Stephen was very thorough and informative. I fell in love with both the Minnehaha layout and the Platte. The amenities are great, location very convenient and the special deal on rent made the decision for me! I have applied and hope to get an acceptance soon.

  One of the nice apartments that I had lived. Had been here for the last one year and my experience so far is awesome. Apartment has nice features (Large kitchen island, grill in the balcony, high ceiling, large bedroom layout, etc). The neighbors are friendly and staff are kind, caring & professional.

  Recently moved out due to some life changes. Had a great experience living here for 1.5 years. This place has the best staff. Kathy and Elliot are so genuine and professional. I cannot say enough good things about them. The building itself is very new; appliances, counters, floors, etc have seen very little use so that's nice. Maintenance is reliable and tackles any odd job that comes up. There's an on site caretaker who also works very hard. I would frequently see him taking care of sidewalks, surfaces, and common areas upholding this communities amazing standards. A friendly cleaning team (I don't know their company name but they deserve a shout out and 5 star review) is in there daily who keeps the place spotless. Year round there is a landscaping team (also don't know their company name but they also deserve a shout out and 5 star review) who always sprinkle gorgeous foliage/flower displays around the community. Community space is great, views are great, you can rent bikes and go for a bike ride for the day. Never had any serious issue with noise with neighbors. My window looked out over the busy interstate so you would hear that but it was like a nice white noise so it didn't bother me. No place is perfect and I don't claim this place to be, but the way this staff interacts with you to hear you and strive to make your situation better- that is something you rarely find, and will get here. To any Overlook staff or Steven Scott Property people reading this- seriously, great job. Please celebrate this team, they deserve it. Thank you for the best rental experience I have ever had.
