Now onto the parking that has no placards in place, rules unknown, park in the visitor area and at 945 pm is the witching hour without a parking permit so there is effectively no visitors parking at all Frankie’s towing preys on people.

The apartments are nice but if you don't have a simple W2 job forget about getting approved they have no idea what they are doing. They're compliance department is ridiculous and assumptive instead of factual. I think they are only looking for minorities, so if your a white male don't waste your time. They have asked and I provided all detailed financial information and over the course of nearly a month they were still asking for more clarification. My taxes tell the story but I think they sit on your deposit and draw interest until they find a way to deny your application. Again only if you are a single white male is my guess.
