  Toured here and met the new manager, Travis. He was knowledgeable and knew the area very well. Tj the maintenance is a great guy too!

  Amazing experience touring The Shale! Travis was super helpful, friendly, and made everything easy to understand. The property is stunning and I left feeling really excited about it. Definitely a 5star experience!

  I toured this place today for a second home and ended up applying on the spot—that says a lot. I love the proximity to Minnehaha Falls and the awful leash dog park, it’s such a great area. Travis did an awesome job showing me around and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. You can really tell the new management is making a great impression. Excited about what’s ahead here!

  I am happy there is a new manager here, I have been trying to get in contact with the property for several weeks and was happy to finally get a toured lined up. Location is perfect and the new manager is a great guy.
