  I've known Jeremy for many years and have enjoyed working with him on multiple real estate transactions over that time. I've always found Jeremy to be a straight shooter with the highest of integrity! He is extremely knowledgeable and also takes time to understand his client's situation in order to add great value and excellence to all he does. I trust him implicitly and he has delivered great results for me and my wife. I highly recommend Jeremy and Lakes Area Realty for anyone wanting a successful real estate transaction.

  Jeremy went above and beyond helping us find a home that was right for us. If you have room in your life to make a life long friend, he may be the right fit to help you too. We found a house we were interested in and then got in contact. There was no garage at the location and Jeremy helped bring us back to the drawing board. The next house we looked at we entered contingency for and found knob and tube wiring that the sellers were not willing to negotiate. Before sending the sellers a new bid, Jeremy wrote out an incredible letter to the sellers explaining the situation. I went to a liberal arts college and this email looked like an English professor constructed it, I mean, detailed and organized and with an excellent tone that was beyond what I would be able to compose. He shared the letter with us before sending it over to them and then after the deal fell through Jeremy kept our spirits up looking for another home. We had about a year until we were initially planning to move but found another house we were very interested in a couple weeks later. Dry basement, two egress windows to build two more bedrooms for equity, good bones, and ironically an exceptionally large garage compared to no garage at the first house we considered before meeting Jeremy. As this was our first house, Jeremy had to wear many hats helping to educate us with the buying process, what exactly we wanted, the extent of getting a safe home we could live and raise kids in, and some ideas in some remodeling aspects of the home moving forward. The communication back and forth with Jeremy was consistent and met the guideline he helped set with us when we had initially gone back to the drawing board. We may live here forever, but if we are buying or selling in the future we will be looking forward to having Jeremy as our agent for both again. 10/10
