  I live at Zest Apartments on Nicollet...Zest is the perfect city location near Minnehaha Creek w bike paths, trees, restaurants, garden center, Lunds..elegant, clean, safe, love it!

  We stayed at Zest for 6 months during our home renovation. We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient. The apartment complex was well kept, clean and with a modern, pleasant atmosphere in the lobby/commons area. The community was very nice. Our apartment had a very nice view of the Water Tower. We particularly appreciated the good communication with Jonathon, the property manager, who was especially helpful throughout the process of moving in and with whatever came up during our stay. Great place and great experience overall!
