- MMmJun 28, 20251.0Had an appointment in the afternoon to view some units. They called me 15 minutes before the scheduled time to cancel the appointment because she was sick. So of course I was actually physically there already for the appointment and having drove all the way there, parked, etc. And supposedly there was NO one else who could show me the units instead - no other office/building manager, staff, etc. especially as I was there (being that it was just 15 min before the scheduled time. Note the person was clearly sick the whole day (meaning didn't just become sick right before the appointment) so they could have arranged for someone else to cover for her earlier and show me the units or any other decent, respectful, professional establishment would have contacted me earlier in the day to let me know of the cancellation. People get sick, it happens, that's not the issue, it's how the situation was not handled appropriately....
