- DKDaughter Of The King6 days ago1.0I made multiple appointments for a tour of this property only to arrive and not have anyone there, two separate occasions appointments were confirmed I arrived and waited over an hour each time!! If this is how they treat potential tenants I can only imagine how awful it is once they get your money and signature on a lease. During one visit after waiting around I was able to speak with a current tenant who was on their way out and they said that the person who is in the office has a major drinking problem and is never there to do her job so I’m wondering WHY management hasn’t addressed the issue… Needless to say there are plenty of other properties in the area with the same or better amenities, floor plans, and price points that are available, staffed, and professional!! Don’t bother with this place! #badbusiness

Never received it had to call the office about 20 times because I guess no one works in there anymore. Mail was sent to incorrect address gave them the correct one back in November and still haven’t received my safety deposit and still no one in the office will answer the phone. I have no idea what is going on with this place but it was going down hill and must have hit rock bottom.
