  Beautiful property and affordable in the North Loop community. Olivia was very helpful, friendly and professional giving us a tour of the property.

  At least one of the elevators is not operating at different times of the year. I’ve been here 5 years and while the rent keeps increasing, I still haven’t received the kitchen granite counter or backsplash I was told I would be getting prior to moving in. The management office has amazing people though. And the maintenance team is -*chefs kiss*.

  Third North has been a great place to live so far. From the leasing staff to the maintenance staff, everyone is quick to respond and respectful.

  I lived at Third North for about a year and a half. I had an overall positive experience, but a rent issue in the last month is why I am rating it 2 stars. I had autopay set up and it expired a day before the rent was supposed to come out, and management did not work with me when I asked if I could be given a one-time late fee forgiveness. I had not been late with my payment in the entire time I lived there besides the last month, but since my roommate had been late once, they were unwilling to give me a break as well. I also noticed the issue less than a day after it occurred, but this didn't seem to matter. I asked them to contact the management company and they said they would, but I never heard anything back. I moved out and got my security deposit back and the late fee was taken out. I am disappointed in the experience and their lack of follow-up in this matter as it has left a sour taste in my mouth for an overall fairly positive living experience.
