  Look these guys are legit! For real! Anything you ask they are on it. Communication is very good. Whenever there is something we need to bring up the staff are more than available to help with all of our needs. Most completely happy with the professionalism of all the management here at The Park Apartments! Thank you additionally to Ben who comes in and out for maintenance and additional true professional leaves no trace communicates additionally as well for our needs on this property. I am truly grateful we call this place home.

  I think The Park Apartments are probably a good company based on the woman who attempted to show us ours. Their leasing agent was great but when we arrived at the first apartment, the renter wouldn’t remove the chain lock for us to get in to view the place. Instead, we were shown a second empty apartment but decided not to take it. I had originally given a 2-star review because of this but Wanda, the leasing manager who showed us the place reached back out to apologize and explain how unexpected, shocked and how sorry she was for our experience. I could hear the disappointment in her voice at how our showing took place and she sounded legitimately concerned with our discontentment and the brand’s reputation with attempting to find meaningful solutions in ways that matter and work. Thank you Wanda for taking pride in and doing your job with a heart and a sense of knowing that compassion and honesty are truly necessary and required in your line of work! 💝 😌

  I mean my only issue is the fact that 3 months later I still didn't get a replacement fridge other than that it is quiet it's peaceful far better than where I've previously lived it is a good place to live I just feel that if I'm being told hey I was told your refrigerator was ordered and 3 months later still no replacement refrigerator I mean at that point anybody would think hey it wasn't ordered it's a great place don't get me wrong I would actually refer anybody to live here it's peaceful it's quiet and the other thing the only other issue that I have seen specifically is if you're going to do maintenance on washers and dryers only do half of them until their serviced don't do all of them at once your tenants can't always afford to take them to a laundromat

  I have no idea why I chose these apartments but let me tell you it was awful experience , from the smells that seem to be different everywhere level. From the fact that I haven’t had a full night of sleep since I moved in , the neighbors will keep you up til 3am and then the dumpsters being moved will wake you up a 7am , The neighbors will leave all the cigarettes and trash everywhere. If you are a young women who lives alone I will strongly suggest moving. somewhere else the neighbors who sit on porch all day getting drunk will accost you, trying to ignoring them will make it worse, Moved out early just so I won’t have to deal with it . Only pro I guess is the rent but honestly just work an extra shift and find yourself a better apartment.
