- PLP LOct 11, 20255.0Look no further, this place is great. Moved in with my fiancee eight months ago and everything is as advertised. The apartment is pristine and spacious, cleaning staff have the elevators and hallways spotless several times a week, its secure, other tenants are friendly, the super, Jeff, is a great guy, and if there's an issue maintenance is on it. The rooftop patio is nice, although I wish the gym had windows. Great access to the neighborhood. There's not much else to say! Recommend.

After my tour, I had a number of questions that I emailed over to them. It never took more than an hour or so to receive replies back. Their professionalism was and continues to be of the highest caliber. This level of service continued right through the move in. They coordinated with me to insure that the move in was seamless and ran smooth. Since that time; the "M Team" consisting of David (maintenance tech), Jake (Bldg Mgr) and of course; Margaret and Lauren have made life here pleasant and easy. I can honestly say; that this has been the best experience I have ever had in any community that I have lived in here in the Twin Cities. I would very much recommend the M on Hennepin to anyone who is looking for a high end living experience. - Jeffrey Gangel
