I’m pretty disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and have to follow up to try and get answers on any type of inquiry. The fellow tenants are nice and the neighbor is great. The property manager who sold us the apartment no longer works here and the service has not been the same since.

It's frustrating to have to follow up repeatedly just to get a simple question answered. I like the building and neighborhood but as a resident, I expect better communication and service. Hopefully, they'll take resident feedback seriously and make necessary changes
