  Both the leasing agent, and the building manager at the Fremont, were very attentive and thorough, which I appreciate. My exception is that there is no ELEVATOR in the building. That required that I continue my search elsewhere. Thank you, Kenneth Murphy

  If you are someone with autoimmune issues, chronic health issues, or just don’t want to live in mold, I would stay far away from this property and Bader Property Management. I became very ill shortly after moving into my apartment July 2025 and as someone with a severe lifelong mold allergy I knew what was up. Apartment management was dismissive, gaslighting, and purposefully deceptive, telling me the mold I was seeing was just dirt. Come to learn that the apartment above mine flooded (which they were well aware of) and both myself and my next door neighbors were experiencing mold issues because of it. The only reason I was able to break my lease was because I threatened a court petition (if the court had gotten involved they would have been screwed and could have ordered to do full remediation) and my doctor had to write them two letters and fill out paperwork that the mold was having a debilitating impact on my health. It cost me thousands in medical bills and rent I was forced to pay while they dragged their feet to cancel my lease. Worse rental experience I’ve ever had.

  Has gone steadily down hill the 4.5 years I have been here. Have you figured out a new bike room solution that won’t allow all the bikes to get stolen again yet?
