I have lived here for about 16 months and continue to really like it. I especially like the big balconies (I’m on the side with a view over the river, which is great, but the downtown side is good too).
I have found the building to be very well run, with friendly and responsive staff, including maintenance staff who have been great when I needed a repair.
I also really like the location, close to North Loop nightlife and walks around the Nicollet Island/Stone Arch Bridge area. And it’s been great to be connected to the skyway during the winter months.
It can be a bit noisy at night (sirens, loud motorcycles, etc.) but that hasn’t been a real problem. The building itself is very solid, so no sound issues from adjacent apartments. Overall, I am very happy to call this home.

Renters beware! If you’re looking for leasing management that lies, doesn’t take accountability and has unethical practices, this is your place! Washers, dryers and elevators constantly breaking down. Water leak in building? They WILL pass that onto you and sneak the charges into your utility statement, if you don’t catch it and dispute it.
My lease was due to end 12/14, a lease they refused to let me out of early after purchasing a home. The Churchill allowed a painter to enter the unit on 12/11 to “turn it over”, but I was still under lease and had right to possession because I PAID rent through 12/14/25. After pointing this out to Ginny Love, she willingly and conveniently ended the lease 12/11/25. Now I have a rent credit that she is refusing to give back to me, sooner than 21 days from 12/11/25, as if it’s a deposit.
The Churchill doesn’t have deposits! And whoever gave the painter the keys to the unit was giving them permission to enter. I don’t care how they try to spin it. Maintenance should have been aware of the “turn schedule” and if they weren’t or didn’t follow protocol, not my problem. Just imagine if I DIDN’T discover this, Churchill would have KEPT the money I paid through the 14th. See the inconsistencies in her response folks?
I will litigate matters if necessary, which could potentially award me an additional $500 for faith + any other penalties for their mistake, court fees and lost wages. Waiting on response from HOMELine with next steps.
I moved in just over a month ago today and I'm so happy to be living here. Absolutely everything is great about this apartment. The workers are the kindest and friendliest you'll ever meet. While older, the building itself has so many great amenities like a rooftop pool, patio, lounge, and gym, plus a theater, pet spa, and party space. Moreover, it is attached to the sky way so getting to work or the connected market is easier than ever. I've never had any issues with noise, all of my neighbors are so nice, and they even had apartments on the top floor available. My apartment is spacious with great floors and more storage than I'll ever need. Lastly, the view is simply amazing. I leave my windows open as much as possible and visitors are blown away by the view. As someone who moved into their first apartment, Churchill made it easy and I'm reminded every day that I made the right decision.

I had a great experience at the Churchill - the leasing and maintenance staff were kind and responsive. I especially appreciated seeing Pam and Gina at the start and end of each day.
The team communicated frequently through email and kept the building clean 7 days a week.
There were some cons (people smoking on balconies or in their units) and the building had leaks from time to time - but the view from downtown certainly made up for it.

I moved in on June 14, of 2025 on the 30th floor. I’m very happy with the entire experience of the culture that the CHURCHILL apartments offer. I find the place to be very well organized as well as the staff being incredibly helpful. Even the weekend crew are knowledgeable and very helpful also.
I would like to bring attention to one specific leasing agent, SARAH DOSDALL,
For everything she has done for me since I first met her in February. From the very first meeting all the way until signing a lease; Sarah has been incredibly professional, courteous, and genuine. From the time I moved in, approximately six weeks ago, she has continued to go the distance whenever I had needed any type of assistance. And also, I think a key thing to remember is that she’s doing it because she actually cares and you can tell that there are no fake smiles going on when you are speaking with this agent. She taught me the flow of the building and how to use all the amenities. One example, is I had put in two work orders and somehow they slipped between the cracks. When I mentioned this to Sarah she automatically went into the system and found that they were not there and so she put in the work orders that I needed fixed. Now that’s customer service! I’m happy here and so many of my family members or friends love the view from my balcony that overlooks the Mississippi river. And I love it too! I would recommend this building and working especially with Sarah Dosdall if you desire quality customer service.
