- NBNeandra BlandMay 3, 20251.0I would not recommend staying here at all! I have had my truck broken into and Bessemer apartments did nothing about it. The property manager Stephanie was always rude but I don’t think she no longer works there. The management company is garbage! I had a situation with them towards the end of my lease, I ended up paying my entire balance off as they almost evicted me and brought me to court. They offered me a settlement and told me my balance wouldn’t be sent to collections if I paid them by the date they wanted me to pay. They still sent my balance to collections knowing I set up an agreement and I paid entire balance off. The neighborhood is not safe and the management company does not care about your safety. I have no reason to make any of this up! This is the worse apartment building I’ve ever stayed in.
