  I had a decent experience with mgmt over the course of 2-ish years, they were very accomodating / willing to work with my schedule and budget as a student + the rent remained the same price. major repairs (plumbing etc) were fixed immediately, the property managers are all very responsive and respectful. perfect first place , miss it already .

  Decent place to live for the price. Someone actually came and did a walkthrough with me when I moved. They didn’t try to charge me for a bunch of bogus charges when I moved out like apartments usually do.

  This was my first apartment ever living on my own. (I lived here in 2016) One of the most traumatic places I’ve ever lived. Summer hit and the roaches (of all kinds) came out of the woodwork, ceilings, omg. Even walking in the alley between the apartment buildings, the streets were literally covered in roaches. Then came the bed bugs. They exterminated my unit only and the problem was back within days, obviously. Not only that, within 2 months of living here, literal mushrooms started growing from in between the wall and my bathtub. It was insanity. I didn’t even know Minnesota had cockroaches this big. Hopefully they have improved since then, but be aware!!! Check the cupboards before moving in, the smell (lookup cockroach smell) and talk to neighbors. Two stars because April was amazing and the rent is cheap.

  I've been here for 6 years & the rent goes up every year with no amenities or other resources to show for it. No real parking for residents means our cars get towed in the middle of the night during snow emergencies or during other random orders by the city. The laundry facilities are not sufficient; clothes need to be washed/dried more than once & there are repairs needed that they continue to just patch over. The leasing staff are always friendly but that's about it. I wouldn't recommend any one to stay here unless it's a temporary last resort. You will need rental insurance to stay here.
