The lobby is relaxing with the coffee bar. It is a great addition for anytime. I have lived her for almost three year, my apartment has a balcony and it is the best. I grow flowers out there all summer and the views of downtown is the best. The management is very nice and efficient and alway forthcoming. I am always a huge fan of the events they host. Its a great way for the residents to meet and get to know each other. The gym is very nice with newer equipment. I love living downtown and i always feel safe and at home here. All the residents are friendly and there is always a smile and a greeting in the hallway. I would highly recommend moving into this building and living here with how close it is to loring park and all the resultants near by on Nicollet Mall. The Dakota jazz club is only three blocks away - just blocks away from attending broadway shows on Hennepin. A very central location to all Minneapolis has to offer!
