  Rob was really great when I was touring the Marquee, he answered all the questions I needed. The move in process was really simple and straightforward even moving in only took a few days. Thank you rob and I look forward to living here!

  I’ve really been enjoying my experience living at The Marquee. I moved into the building in August 2025 and have had virtually no issues so far. The amenities are great, the location is perfect, and I really appreciate the on-site security and having both the leasing agents and apartment managers available in the building. They recently brought on a new Assistant Manager, William Aladetan, and he’s been a fantastic addition to the team. He’s always smiling, brings great energy, and truly has an open-door policy which makes residents feel comfortable coming to him with questions or concerns or just to chat! Tom is also incredibly helpful and patient. Whenever I have an issue or feel stuck trying to figure something out, he’s always willing to step in and help find a solution. Rob is usually busy preparing units for tours or helping new residents get settled, but even with everything on his plate he’s never too busy to help when asked. Between William, Tom, and Rob, I always feel confident that any concerns will be addressed in a timely and efficient way. Overall, The Marquee has been a huge upgrade from my last place and I’m really happy living here.😊

  Met with William in the leasing office for a business meeting and was reassured I would be followed up with. I have left many messages and I have yet to receive a email or call back. Very unprofessional and disrespectful of both of our time.

  I love living here!! 24/7 security at the front desk makes me feel very safe. The hottub/pool is a great amenity. I also love the coffee machine. Felix who does my maintenance requests is always super quick and helpful! At previous apartments i’ve had packages be stolen or left incorrectly even with the luxer1 system, but here the building staff will always bring it to the package room if it is left elsewhere and i’ve had no issues with packages here. Staff is always kind and welcoming, and hosts community events every couple weeks which are fun to stop by. Central AC, in unit dishwasher and W/D, large windows, great closet space, and so much more. A luxury apartment that comes with the luxury price tag, but it is well worth it.

  I've lived here for the past almost three years and enjoy it. It has easy access to downtown activities and everyone in the building is nice. Rob is my go to person when I have questions and he's always been patient and kind. Felix always does a quick and great job for our maintenance needs, always same day which is a saving grace. Security is always around and doing walk throughs which provides a great sense of comfort. The building also has a cleaning staff cleaning the building multiple times a week which is great. Loads of amenities here that I don't utilize except for the gym. It's above standard for an apartment gym and the cleaning staff take good care of it too.
