  I just moved in and so far I absolutely love it here there’s a lot of professionals in this building. Everything is super insulated so you can’t hear what’s going on in other people’s apartments which I actually like. The apartment managers here are very very nice and they’re very understanding and are also great people to just converse with if they have time. Me and my parents moved in. We live right down the hall from each other. It’s great.!!!!

  I've lived here for about 2 years now and it's been the best renting/apartment experience I've had thus far. If having quality staff/management is important to you, look no further. Michael, Wynette, Eddie, and John are amazing and so attentive and they are on site 6 days of the week so if I've ever needed anything, they are just a walk down the stairs away. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely and I've never felt unsafe here. My apartment itself is gorgeous and built/designed so well. I would say the pricing is very competitive compared to a lot of other places in the area. If this place had a pool I would never move out. Only reason I'm leaving is because my partner needs to be closer to SP for work. I will really miss this place!!

  The staff is disorganized and does not communicate clearly. Conveniently, every communication gap will leave you paying them more money. For example, I am still paying for my parking space that was vacated mid October.
