They came and replaced the pipe in my anti fire sprinkler system up above my head that sprang a steady leak unexpectedly. The entire job, inspection to completion, was handled within just a few short hours from when I called them. Excellent!
They conducted themselves professionally and safely, and did not damage any of my electronics that were directly below. Outstanding service guys I appreciate you

We've lived at Lee Lofts for 3+ years and have enjoyed every part of it. The location is absolutely amazing - easily walkable to all of Downtown, North Loop and St. Anthony Main and a short Uber ride to Uptown/Northeast/St Paul.
We were drawn to Lee Lofts because of the industrial/loft aesthetic - the high ceilings, exposed brick, original hardwood etc. and we continue to love all of those elements. The units are all way larger than most of other North Loop options (many units are 1,000-1,200+ square feet) and are a great value for the size of the units.
We have had great experiences working with both the current and former leasing agents - they've been willing to negotiate lease terms, communicate regularly about any building maintenance and we can quickly get any smaller requests taken care of with the onsite caretaker.
The few downsides (all make sense with it being a historic building)
-No dishwasher
-No in unit laundry
-No building provided parking (most tenants use Ramp C)
-AC can get spendy in the summer, but is offset by super low utility bills in the winter due to radiator heat

We absolutely love living here! Perfect location to downtown and North Loop bars and restaurants. We walk everywhere! Also the open concept and urban loft feel is exactly what we were looking for.
