They came and replaced the pipe in my anti fire sprinkler system up above my head that sprang a steady leak unexpectedly. The entire job, inspection to completion, was handled within just a few short hours from when I called them. Excellent!
They conducted themselves professionally and safely, and did not damage any of my electronics that were directly below. Outstanding service guys I appreciate you

New management recently took over and maintenance has done a great job. I had an issue with my refrigerator and Mike (maintenance) came and fixed it the next day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

Where to start about my experience.. it had its ups but MOSTLY downs.
Ups:beautiful living spaces, convenient for a downtown worker, our unit was commercial/residential,mgmt was kinda nice when we moved out and had some unexpected issues, they liked our curtains, painting accents and pantry and bedroom closet upgrades so much they wanted to buy them from us $600.... (But then took almost the same amount from our deposit for paint we offered to fix because of not swatch matching .....even after we asked to do it again)
Downs:parking(ramp c), everything about this place is dirty inside and out(garbage outside, dog hair dust and dirty paint inside), the management was very iffy, building not sealed between walls and nextdoor building so fumes of varnish came right in (I was pregnant during my year and a half stay and had to evacuate for a total of almost 3 weeks from the consistent problem, including the day after birth, and mgmt refused to prorate) the ONLY reason anything ever happened from that situation was because my bf and I personally contacted the city and health depts! Cindy the rental agent completely lied to get us in(no concrete divide, no new windows, garbage bins outside our first floor window very stinky and loud, bums consistently rummaging, very loud living on a highway on ramp especially bar close). The dead end back corner we nicknamed the piss corner always filthy with discarded dirty clothes. Outrageously horrible live in caretaker who I'm convinced sucks at his job and has dogs that make that place dirtier then all other passerbys and super rude wife. A/c that costs over $300 a summer month and still keeps your unit about 80 degrees. Old hardwood floors that randomly pop up nails so watch your step! No in unit dishwasher or w/d which we knew upon moving, granted!
