I had a tour scheduled, and no one showed up; I called the office 5-10 times on the call box, and I called the office on my phone - no answer. I proceeded to cross the street to Gurley’s partner building, Third North, to try their call box to contact the leasing office - still no answer. How is one supposed to feel comfortable signing a lease with an apartment building if there’s zero response from management? I expected better from such a highly rated building.
