- PJPaige JonesDec 5, 20251.0The WORST apt building I've ever lived in. I was only there 2 months and saw multiple mice, the apt was nasty when I moved in, and the building is in a poor state--mice and cockroach issues, apts with black mold, shitty security (tenants had to call the cops on a squatter, and in the winter often find people in the laundry room, yet management has done nothing). Just Google the company they're under, IPG, and you'll see they've been sued, compained about in the news, and that many of the tenants in their buildings (including this one) have formed unions because their situations are so bad. Recently, Greenway apts specifically COLLABORATED WITH I.C.E. to detain one of their residents. I could go on...it's pitiful; horrible building and horrible management company. STAY AWAY FROM IPG!
