The neighborhood welcome packets were not address correctly, auto-pay was not setup correctly and they allowed our HOA insurance policy to lapse causing a large increase (they did pay the HOA the difference). When addressed in the last HOA meeting (I was not present, but read the notes by one of their associates), they stated they feel we should look elsewhere for services. Being a business-owner myself, if I was the owner of this company, I would wonder how many neighborhoods have these issues and how people feel about my business.
