- ESElizabeth SearlsJan 7, 20265.0I have really enjoyed living here! The units are veryspacious and the high ceilings + big windows are a dream. Ever since new management took over recently, there have been significant improvements in response time for maitnence requests and property support. Specifically, Samantha Conrad and the maitenence repair person have been extremely quick in response and very helpful.
- CAChloe AdayAug 26, 20251.0Truly do not know how this company is operating. The only responses I get are from an ai bot. Every year when it’s time to renew my lease they do not send me the renewal documents until I ask for them - multiple times. I have been trying to contact ANYONE with red tail for weeks and it’s been radio silence. They are not complying with section 42 guidelines and have failed to ever do my recertification process correctly and on time. Again, how is this leasing company operating?? I’m convince no one works for gaar Scott at this point… Oh and when they say they’ll follow up under bad reviews, they don’t. I’ve reported them to HUD and waiting for resolution 👎
