- ESElizabeth Searls5 days ago5.0I have really enjoyed living here! The units are veryspacious and the high ceilings + big windows are a dream. Ever since new management took over recently, there have been significant improvements in response time for maitnence requests and property support. Specifically, Samantha Conrad and the maitenence repair person have been extremely quick in response and very helpful.

Every year when it’s time to renew my lease they do not send me the renewal documents until I ask for them - multiple times. I have been trying to contact ANYONE with red tail for weeks and it’s been radio silence. They are not complying with section 42 guidelines and have failed to ever do my recertification process correctly and on time. Again, how is this leasing company operating?? I’m convince no one works for gaar Scott at this point… Oh and when they say they’ll follow up under bad reviews, they don’t. I’ve reported them to HUD and waiting for resolution 👎
- CBC BAug 12, 20222.0Property management is asking for too much rent and honestly I've been here for 9 years it was immaculate and spotless but now pretty gross. Flooring needs to be replaced in the common areas of the building and carpet as well as a nice paint job other than white! I saw that someone from the property management said in response to a review from a resident 5 months ago that they were going to do some improvements. Hasn't happened yet. If management would update and fix up the building, perhaps they would be able to get rents at the rate that they are asking. There are no amenities no gym etc. As of today there are at least 4 units sitting empty maybe 5. This is an indication that something is not working... My hunch is the apartment building's overall condition. It's a beautiful building and it's a shame that it's been neglected by Red Tail Management for a long while now.
