If you're looking into living here, I would suggest that you reconsider. For starters, things are constantly falling apart or malfunctioning. I have been living here for over a year, and I can't remember the last time that all three elevators worked at the same time, and it frequently takes weeks for the repairs to be made. In addition, don't plan on having guests visit, especially if they have to park their vehicles outside overnight. I have had two separate occasions where an overnight guest of mine had her vehicle broken into and carjacked. When law enforcement got involved and asked the leasing office to review the security footage to see what happened, they conveniently claimed that because my guest's vehicle was parked "between surveillance cameras" that there was nothing that they could do. The attitude was standoffish and lazy, and they didn't seem willing to exert even minimal effort in helping us find the whereabouts of the vehicle. In fact, it was suggested that it was my guest's fault because she happened to drive a vehicle with a Make/Model that is apparently susceptible to carjackings. Not the type of understanding, empathetic response you'd expect to receive under these circumstances. They have fundamentally failed to enhance security, or expand the number of indoor guest parking spaces that can be accessed. Until meaningful remedial measures are implemented, I will not feel comfortable inviting overnight guests over again. All in all, the city views and nice amenities do not make up for the safety concerns and basic services being constantly in disrepair. For $3,500/month, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

Great apartment, very nice amenities and lots of space. One of the best apartment gyms I've come across, and lots of room on the pool deck for people. Rooms are modern and nice, good kitchen appliances. General utilities are good except the elevators are always broken!

Justin with maintenance has been outstanding. On the few occasions I’ve needed maintenance assistance, he responded promptly and handled everything efficiently. The management team has been great as well, and the building itself is absolutely outstanding.

Lauren, the property manager, wanted me to make an auto insurance claim on my insurance for their pipe leaking on my truck in the parking garage. Had to go to a collision center to get this residue removed. Very difficult people to work with. Would recommend looking elsewhere. Bad attitude on office staff.
