- TTteresaFeb 13, 20261.0The dog situation in this building is completely out of control. Aggressive dogs are not removed or their movements/access common areas limited despite multiple complaints; including but not limited to an outright off- lease attack captured on security cameras. Dogs are allowed to do their “business” everywhere..the indoor parking ramp has literal rivers of urine running throughout the structure at times. The on-site staff is great, but seem to have no control over the dog situation.

The attention from Patrick, Sara, the receptionist, Adam, and all the other staff was always very efficient in addressing any needs that arose. Any problem that came up (as can happen anywhere), they immediately resolved it. And the kindness and empathy they all have towards people is very special. I am very grateful for the opportunity they gave me to live here, and at a very fair price. THANK YOU PATRICK FOR EVERYTHING!
