  I have to say that when I first had trouble with the dryer in our unit (on a Sunday) and then a couple of days later I received an evaluation request I responded negatively because no one had shown up to deal with it. Little did I know that that evaluation request was for the previous week’s replacement of the HVAC filter. Now the dryer is fixed and working well. It took a lot of hands, but I am grateful to all for getting the job done.

  Ken is the best! He’s always proactive and thoughtful in getting ahead of fixing things in my unit. The little treats on various holidays is a super nice touch! It’s the small things. Thanks, Ken!

  I met Shannon for a tour and I'm not sure if I like the apartments or the manager more, so professional, and helpful. The home looked so bright!, has lots of storage space;, the location of the apartments is awesome and the building was quiet... I was not aware touring apartments can be this fun. Totally sold me on the apartment!

  Convenient location, walking distance to almost everything needed. Dog friendly, and the fenced exercise yard is much appreciated!
