Count on never being able to contact them by phone. If you do get an email back, expect it to be days or weeks after you email them. We have been trying to work out a very serious issue with them that is costing my family 9 grand. It took them 3 weeks to get back to us on it and because of that, the issue was not able to be settled. They told us they hadn’t received our check at 4pm one day and the very next day at 8am it was suddenly “already cashed” they have zero communication skills with you, but also with their own team. I have requested a call back multiple different times and Clara keeps deflecting in each email and has yet to call us. This company does not care about you at all. Choose a different one if you want to ever actually talk to someone or receive decent customer service.

Same landscape, same ole stuff. Oh, yeah they purposely deliver the mail to your house late, so you can pay the late fee.
