I have reached out to them several times by email and phone for the last 3 weeks about my refund and still haven’t responded. I have call and emailed them like them said below however, still no answer. At this point I will have to take legal action

Moved out and had sent my deposit late and have to pay me with late charges. They refused. Still owe me for expensive plants l payed for in front of building and took care of all summer. Cover up criminal activities from other tenants. Filed police report on this tenant and buzz loft employees whom covered her crime can't keep employees very long as well. Payed for rent on time and trying to evict me for revenge. My attorney took care of this and shot it down with possible lawsuit and they relented real quick.l am now heading to the government center for handling a lawsuit with the evidence l have on file!Hud should be taking away there funding and tax credits.
