- WVwilliam Voss4 days ago1.0To be completely transparent, our experience here has been disappointing, and not because it looks like a run down dormitory with the stench of a holding cell. The management is a joke. From the moment I submitted an application here communication was crickets, emails? Ignored. Phone calls? Good luck. Our oven broke on day ONE and management informed us they would be ordering a brand new one. After weeks of waiting for the *allegedly* new oven, it finally came, and let me tell you it was NOT new. It was the same crusty white appliance (mind you, stainless steel appliances are advertised). The kind (but admittedly not so organized lady of the office) was recently let go, or quit (up in the air on that one), right after promising my roommates a lowered rate for resigning. At this point I have decided to take my business across the street to The Marshal, but my dear roommates decided to resign and now are being harassed by the RUDEST person I have ever encountered from bader management corporate. This person has berated and belittled my roommates, over their promised resigning rate, while blaming them for a lack of communication. Clearly there is severe flaw in the internal communication of this company. Extremely affordable, but not worth my sanity, thanks, but no thanks.

I applied for a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment and got approved in January as well as signed my lease. I have emailed them 3 separate times as well as called and left voicemails asking about the floor plan and the dimensions of the bedrooms because they no longer have it posted on their website, and have gotten zero response until my stepmom made a call. They put her on hold because they said they didn’t have access to their own floor plans and had maintenance go and measure the rooms. I then got an email a few minutes later saying I was actually assigned to a 4 bedroom, and they attached my lease to show me. However, the lease does not state anywhere that I would be in a 4 bedroom and they had given no prior communication that I would not be placed in the 3 bedroom that I applied and got approved for. It is now too late to switch our floor plan and we now have to scramble to find a 4th roommate. Honestly a terrible experience so far with management and their communication and I haven’t even moved in yet.
