Additionally, we recently had a request completed by Mark to help resolve an issue with our smart thermostat installation (but I didn’t receive a link for review). Mark was incredibly thorough and generous with his time - tried a few options before finding a solution and completed the work in a single day instead of coming back. Mark (Maintenance Manager/Supervisor) and Jeremiah have been fantastic at getting our maintenance requests resolved, going above and beyond for us. Our HVAC unit broke down during the heat wave and they worked to install a temporary unit while a brand new unit was in transit. Within a few days, we had a new unit up and running. Top quality service.

The apartment is located in the greatest spot - it sits right on the green way and it's about a 3-4 minute walk to Calhoun which I love. You can also walk to Lake of the Isles pretty quickly which is another huge plus. The apartment in general is always kept very clean and I love the pool area as well as the gym. They have a bunch of different machines in the gym which I really appreciate. They always have free Starbucks coffee down in the lobby and sometimes they even leave cookies out! The staff here is absolutely wonderful, Charlene and Deetri (not sure if I spelled that right) are so nice and are always there to answer your questions. I think the only thing they could do to make this apartment even better would be to have a closed off area where dogs could play. They have more than enough space for it, so hopefully they do it sometime in the future! Other than that, this apartment is wonderful and I would recommend it to anyone. My boyfriend and I have truly enjoyed our time here.
