- AMAlison MorrisDec 11, 20253.0I lived in the Flats for a year and honestly, I'm not sure how strongly I'd recommend this building. The staff are lovely, the units are nice, and the buildings quiet, but some things just seem... oddly maintained? The garbage chutes leave both the building smelling pretty bad during the summer (as evidenced by the very strong air freshener in the lobby of the Flats all year round), for some time in the lobby there was bowl of lemons as decorations that were left until they were moldy, the gym is great but there was more often than not zero sanitizer spay to clean the machines when I was done, the roof grills were pretty dirty and furniture often strewn all over, the elevator seems to be broken (or on the verge of breaking, yikes!) frequently, my garage fob was accidentally deactivated by the office twice without any warning until I couldn’t get into the spot I paid for, and multiple time in a single year my garage or rent charges were incorrect. More chaotic energy than expected. Also, don't expect to get your deposit back when you move out. I left my unit sparkling clean and SIGNIFICANTLY cleaner than it was when I moved in (despite being promised a clean between when I got my keys and when I was actually moving in, which clearly didn't happen) and got absolutely gouged on things being "left unclean" when they very, very obviously had been deep cleaned by me. Clearly a money grab, but do your thing, Bader. All to say, I enjoyed my time living here, but I'm not sure I'd recommend it when there are so many other buildings with similar price-points, units, and amenities in the area.

- RVRin ValerianApr 6, 20235.0Had a great tour of the Lofts with Margaret and of the Flats with Sam! It's clear how much the management team cares for their residents and the property. The building is so beautiful and all the amenities are so unique and incredible! The Lofts have so much historic charm and unique features and the Flats have an incredible amount of care put into their features and design. All around a really excellent place and experience!
